However, some of them stand out due to their special innovative spirit and added value. At the Best Retail Case Awards, the best solutions from various categories are awarded prizes. Actindo also entered the competition with our best practice case with ETERNA. The judging took place in two rounds: first a public user vote and then an evaluation by a jury of experts from the retail world. Particularly relevant were the benefits for the end customers and retailers, as well as functionality and innovation. Actindo was able to convince the experts and won second place in the Retail E-Commerce & Omnichannel category of the jury award.
Best Practice Case: ETERNA
Unified Commerce stands for a unified customer experience by using a centralized commerce platform for all customer engagement points. For twelve months, ETERNA Mode worked with Actindo to merge its individual business processes and existing IT infrastructure into a holistic unified commerce platform that ensured a consistent shopping experience across all sales channels, putting the customer at the center.
