End-of-Life Policy

Purpose

For a variety of reasons, products eventually come to the end of their lifecycle. These factors include market needs, changes brought about by technology innovation and development, or the items simply age with time and are replaced by more advanced technology.

Although this is a well-known aspect of the overall product life cycle, Actindo understands that end-of-life (EOL) milestones frequently inspire businesses to examine how such milestones will affect their operations.

In order to manage the EOL transitions and clarify the role that Actindo can play in the migration to a new or current version of the Digital Operations Platform based on the new technologies, we have outlined below our End-of-Life policy.

Scope

Actindo's End of Life Policy ("Policy") is applicable to subscriptions, software, services, and offers that combine any of the aforementioned.
This policy's goal is to outline the standards for all Actindo products, subscriptions, and services (collectively, "Products") at their End of Life (EOL).

Policy

End of Life Milestones (all of the below apply only if you have an active services contract or subscription):

• End-of-Development (EOD) includes all kinds of functional updates or individual programming. No custom development will be contracted after this date.
• No subscriptions with a term that goes beyond Last Day of Support (LDOS) will be sold after EOD Notification Date.
• End-of-Support (EOS) includes all kinds of basic support contracts. No support – except the Managed Professional Services – will be serviced after this date.
• End-of-Maintenance (EOM) includes all kinds of fixes and updates including security and legal adjustments. After this date, no further adjustments will be made to the products.
• End-of-Life (EOL) means the deactivation of the product with all of its features. From this date all access to the system is closed. Subscription contracts will be terminated by Actindo in due time on EOL date with at least 6 months’ notice.
