    Challenge:

    Following a hugely successful TV campaign, PowerFood experienced rapid growth in the number of orders it received for its sports nutrition products, across over 10,000 SKUs. This means that over 300,000 products are now dispatched annually from a central logistics facility via Swiss Post, including same-day, Saturday and express delivery.  

    One of PowerFood’s biggest challenges as a multi-channel retailer was to optimally connect a nationwide network of 22 bricks-and-mortar stores with various B2B and B2C online sales channels, while maintaining a reputation for first-class service. Plus integrate individual requirements such as a bonus points system.

    The solution allows for optimal bi-directional real-time synchronization, for optimal logistics processes. By implementing an interface to Swiss Post, routing coding for the direct printing of shipping labels was guaranteed. In addition, Actindo Core1 offers comprehensive returns management support:

    • Integration of the Core1 platform into existing business processes  
    • Printing of payment slips  
    • Integration of Swiss Post as dispatch provider, and transmission of daily financial statements 
    • Implementation of the routing code in Actindo for direct printing of shipping labels
