Actindo’s international market presence is being expanded to China, confirming its claim to be a global partner for digital operations in cross-border commerce.
The regional team in Shenyang will support the rise of Chinese brands in case of cross-border commerce with the Digital Operations Platform (DOP) to enable truly unified commerce implemented in their local IT infrastructure. The Actindo DOP with its ERP features is available in Mandarin and provides integrations to the WeChat messaging platform, which is essential for the Chinese market, and other relevant systems. An innovative tech and service stack helps businesses with their day-to-day tasks in order to achieve perfect customer loyalty and build a strong brand with customers in the EU as well.
Participation in the German Accelerator program provides ideal support for the expansion, creates a sufficient understanding of the Chinese market landscape, and thus lays and important foundation for the collaboration with Chinese companies. For Asian and Chinese businesses, Europe not only conceals one of the largest and most interesting markets worldwide, but also a particularly complex one – about 50 countries, 24 official languages and a completely different digital landscape make market entries challenging.

Some of the most successful German startups of all time have been supported by the German Accelerator (e.g. N26 or Celonis) – and Actindo is on its way to becoming the next success story in this magnitude.
Over the next months, Actindo will be supported by experienced mentors to scale its Asian business. Based on existing relationships with global brands and retailers, Actindo is systematically expanding its market presence as the world's leading solution in digital commerce operations, especially in cross-border commerce.
